The 553SBK Tanto Griptilain is another Mel Pardue creation that reeks of simple practical functional design. It is easy to operate the folder with Benchmade’s patented Axis mechanism. The sharp aesthetics is highly visible in the stunning 3.45inch black blade and the textured black coated handle. The high point with an in-line pivot on the Tanto design of the blade gives it a very Butch appeal. The black BK1 coated blade has a plain and serrated combination that allows a spectrum of functionality.
