Spyderco is a cutlery company in America based in Colorado. It was founded in 1976 by Sal and Gail Glesser.
Primarily, the Spyderco emphasized to sell their first product at fairs and trade shows held around the country.in 1981 spyderco introduced their first folding knife which pioneered the concept of round hole in a blade for single handed opening and many other features too that completely modernized the knife industry and exactly defined the form of the modern folding knife.

The Spyderco Kopa™ is an elegantly styled pocket knife that was specifically design to serve as a platform for a series of limited-edition Sprint Runs, each featuring a uniquely different material for the handle scales. Between 2005 and 2009, 16 distinctive variations of the Kopa produced.
Each production run have 600 or 625 pieces, making the Kopa family some of the rarest and most collectible Spyderco knives ever made.
Continuing that remarkable tradition, we are also proud to introduce the seventeenth Kopa model. Like the other members of its elite family, it features a full-flat-ground VG-10 stainless steel blade, a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole™, and also a sturdy back lock mechanism. Moreover, the handle of this limited-edition Sprint Run features contoured, satin-finished, solid stainless steel scales. Designed as a true pocketknife, it does not have a clip.
