Spyderco is a cutlery company in America based in Colorado. It was founded in 1976 by Sal and Gail Glesser.
Primarily, Spyderco emphasized selling their first product at fairs and trade shows held around the country. In 1981 Spyderco introduced their first folding knife, which pioneered the concept of a round hole in a blade for single-handed opening and many other features that ultimately modernized the knife industry and precisely defined the form of the modern folding knife.

This SPYDERCO C10FCP SCHEMPP is basically a robust folder is a great addition to the acclaimed Spyderco Ethnic Series, translating the style and spirit of the classic American Bowie into a highly functional folder optimized for EDC. In appearance, it’s similar to the Navaja, but every other design aspect besides the materials and overall shape is different.
The CPM S30V blade has an iconic clip point profile and a full-flat grind for enhanced cutting performance. It tucks into a coffin-shaped handle that features skeletonized stainless steel liners, textured carbon fiber/G10 laminate scales, a solid steel backspacer, and a dovetailed old-school bolsters with an integral double guard. A stout liner lock mechanism with a reversible deep-pocket wire clip completes with this state-of-the-art expression of a true American classic.
