Leatherman is an American company based in Portland, Oregon. Timothy S. Leatherman founded the company in 1983, whose main intention was to develop a convenient and simple, flexible tool with multi-functions. The first product made by Tim S. Leatherman was a PST (Pocket Survival Tool).
Leatherman’s main products are knives and multi-tools. Moreover, leatherman’s tools are made around a pair of pliers with up to 21 additional tools put inside the handles.
