Description

An iconic peeler updated, Victorinox has added an extra blade type and a new colour finish for the RAPID, while still featuring the sturdy ergonomic curved ABS plastic handle and lateral potato eye remover.

The stainless steel blade is double edged, with a pivoting construction that’s self-adjusting, depending on the pressure applied. Designed with two broad thin cutting edges, allowing for ambidextrous use, peeling close to the flesh, minimising waste and preserving vitamins in foods.
