Victorinox V7.9036.M Soft Cut Resistant Glove Medium is an ambidextrous butcher, slaughterhouse, or foodservice and preparation glove, offering superior blade, cut, and abrasion resistance.
The glove is resistant to contact heat of 100 c according to EN 407 ( Class 1).
Conforms with EN ISO 13997 as for surface cut, achieving excellent results of 48.5 N (Newton).
