Victorinox V7.9032.S Cut Resistant Glove Flexi Shield-Small is an excellent cut-resistant glove, lightweight, flexible, and also ambidextrous.
They are bright white, machine washable, and bleach safe. Also, suitable for general applications such as food service, restaurants, and delicatessens.
The gloves are available individually, not in pairs. Butchers, meat cutters, and some food preparation workers will wear the Performance Shield glove on the knife hand and the Flexi/KnifeShield on the hand opposite the knife.
NOTE: These protective gloves are cut resistant, and not cut proof. Often worn as an inner glove (under rubber gloves)
