We have 10 well established branches in various shopping malls around the country. We also have a well-stocked warehouse based in Johannesburg.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We have a very low shipping fee. Only R50.00 deliveries anywhere in South Africa. No matter the size of the parcel.

3. How long does shipping and delivery take?

Once your payment is complete and approved shipping takes between 12-24 hours to dispatch. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days.

4. How secure is the website and purchasing online?

We have bank grade SSL installed through the website and for payments we use

6. Where are products dispatched from?

Items are usually dispatched from our warehouse in Johannesburg but on certain occasions items will be shipped from our branches or directly from suppliers.

7. What courier company does BNT use?

We use various Courier Companies based on region. You will receive these details once your order is finalized with the relevant waybill details.

8. Does BNT ship out of South Africa?

Currently we only ship within South Africa, however we do have various options available. Contact us for more info on shipping out of South Africa.

9. Can one purchase online and collect at the store?

Yes, that can be arranged, just leave us a note when placing your order informing us which store you would like to collect from and we will arrange.

11. Are the prices on the website and that of the stores the same?

Yes, we at BNT offer a lay buy option of up to 3 months. Contact us for further information regarding the lay buy options.

14. Will BNT be able to source me a product that is not listed on the website?

We can try our best to source your items which is not listed on our website, send us your request and we will attend to it with urgency.

16. Can I order online and pay and collect at a store?

Yes, you may, just make sure to leave us a note as to which store you would like to do the arrangements.

17. If I place an order how long do I have to complete payment before the order will be cancelled?

After placing an order, you will have 72 hours to complete payment after that the system will automatically cancel your order.

18. How will I know when my order has been shipped out?

We will send you an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

19. Does BNT do deliveries on a Saturday?

Under normal circumstances we don’t, however if you need your parcel urgently we can make special arrangements for Saturday deliveries. Just contact us.

20. Does BNT do price match?

BNT strives to give u the best prices possible, however if you should find the item cheaper contact us and we will try to match the price.
